Monthly Favorites : April 2013

Hola chicas! How are you? It’s pretty hot in Athens and yes it already smells like summer! I know that some of you hate summer, but I love it! I love the sun, the sea, the warmth, the day that lasts longer. Since I’m getting ready for summer, I have many favorites for the month of April, so grab a cup of coffee or a glass of juice and enjoy! If I’ve swatched/reviewed any of the products, I will post the corresponding link to it!

Bioten Firming Body Lotion : I used it on my arms and it worked great. It has a light texture and it gets absorbed into the skin quickly / Το χρησιμοποιούσα στα χέρια μου (κυρίως στα μπράτσα) και έκανε πολύ καλή δουλειά. Έχει ελαφρυά σύνθεση και απορροφάται γρήγορα από το δέρμα.

Le Petit Marseillais Shower Cream with Shea Butter & Acacia : This smells really nice and it leaves the skin soft and moisturized / Μυρίζει πολύ όμορφα και αφήνει το δέρμα απαλό και ενυδατωμένο

Garnier Fructis Nutri Repair 3 Mask : I love how it smells and the scent does linger for a couple of days! / Λατρεύω το πως μυρίζει και η μυρωδιά μένει στα μαλλιά για 1-2 ημέρες!

Get Fresh Spa Black Currant Rich Body Crème : Despite being called rich body crème, it’s pretty liquidy. It does moisturize well, it spreads easily and I really like the scent. / Παρόλο που ονομάζεται rich body crème, είναι αρκετά λεπτόρευστη. Ενυδατώνει καλά, απλώνεται εύκολα και μου αρέσει πολύ η μυρωδιά της.

Tangle Teezer in Disco Purple : It detangles my hair super quickly and easily without breaking it and without being painful. I love it!! / Ξεμπερδεύει τα μαλλιά μου πολύ γρήγορα και εύκολα χωρίς να τα σπάει και χωρίς να πονάω. Το αγαπώ!!

L’Oreal Professionel Mythic Oil Hair Mask : It’s thick, moisturizing, it leaves my hair super soft and it smells divine! / Είναι πηχτή, ενυδατική, αφήνει τα μαλλιά μου πολύ απαλά και μυρίζει θεϊκά!

Apivita Natural Serum Hydration with Aloe & Hyaluronic Acid : Still loving this serum combined with the Avene moisturizer, I use this combo at night and I wake up with soft and moisturized skin. / Ακόμα αγαπώ αυτό το σέρουμ σε συνδυασμό με την ενυδατική της Avene, τα χρησιμοποιώ το βράδυ και ξυπνάω με απαλό και ενυδατωμένο δέρμα.

Apivita Face Mask with Green Clay : I’m almost out of it as you can and I’ve already bought a backup. If you have blemishes, blackheads or oily skin you need to try this mask! / Την έχω σχεδόν τελειώσει όπως μπορείτε να δείτε και έχω αγοράσει ήδη καινούρια για να μην ξεμείνω. Αν έχετε σπυράκια, μαύρα στίγματα ή λιπαρό δέρμα πρέπει να τη δοκιμάσετε αυτή τη μάσκα!

Avene Matifying Fluid Moisturiser : I still love using this either combined with the Apivita serum at night or by itself under my makeup. It doesn’t make me oily and it doesn’t accentuate my dry patches. / Ακόμα το αγαπώ αυτό το προϊόν είτε σε συνδυασμό με το σέρουμ της Apivita το βράδυ είτε μόνο του κάτω από το μακιγιάζ μου. Δε με λαδώνει και δε δίνει έμφαση στα ξηρά σημεία του προσώπου μου.

Roger & Gallet Fleur de Figuier Fresh Fragrant Water : Very fresh and light, I love it! / Πολύ φρέσκο και ελαφρύ, το αγαπώ!

Kerastase Elixir K Ultime Oil for colour-treated hair : It smells amazing and it leaves my hair super soft, I wish the scent lasted though. / Μυρίζει καταπληκτικά και αφήνει τα μαλλιά μου πολύ απαλά, μακάρι να κρατούσε η μυρωδιά στα μαλλιά όμως.

Garnier Color Sensation Permanent Hair Dye in 5.62 Intense Precious Garnet : I used this at the beginning of April for the first time and I was really pleased. The color came out really vibrant and my hair wasn’t dry and stiff afterwards. / Χρησιμοποίησα αυτή τη βαφή μαλλιών αρχές Απριλίου για 1^η φορά και έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένη. Το χρώμα βγήκε πολύ έντονο και τα μαλλιά μου μετά δεν ήταν ξηρά και άκαμπτα.

Elf Studio Face Kabuki Brush : It’s super soft and it’s perfect for a light dusting of powder! / Είναι απίστευτα απαλό και τέλειο για μία ελαφριά στρώση πούδρας!

Maybelline The Rocket Volum’ Express Mascara in Black : I wasn’t sure if I was going to like this, but I love it! I first apply a coat of the L’Oreal Telescopic Waterproof Mascara and then The Rocket and I get super long and voluminous lashes! / Δεν ήμουν σίγουρη αν θα μου άρεσε αυτή η mascara, αλλά τελικά τη λατρεύω! Πρώτα απλώνω μία στρώση από την αδιάβροχη Telescopic της L’Oreal και από πάνω τη The Rocket και αποκτώ απίστευτα μακριές και με όγκο βλεφαρίδες!

L’Oreal Telescopic Waterproof Mascara in Black : This is my HG mascara, I need to review it for you very soon! If you’re looking for a super legthening mascara that will separate your lashes nicely and that will keep them curled all day, this is it! / Αυτή είναι η πιο αγαπημένη μου mascara, πρέπει να σας την κάνω review πολύ σύντομα! Αν ψάχνετε για μια mascara που να δίνει πολύ μήκος, να διαχωρίζει όμορφα τις βλεφαρίδες σας και να κρατάει την καμπύλη τους όλη μέρα, τότε η Telescopic η αδιάβροχη είναι αυτό που ψάχνετε!

Kryolan Ultra Fluid Foundation in EL.O combined with Cosmopolitan Blend Perfection Sponge : This combination has been my favorite, it gives me a light to medium coverage and it doesn’t look like a mask or cakey! / Αυτός ο συνδυασμός είναι ο αγαπημένος μου, μου δίνει ελαφριά προς μέτρια κάλυψη και δε φαίνομαι σα να φοράω μάσκα ή 2 κιλά μακιγιάζ!

Kryolan TV Paint Stick in FS46 : Still loving this as a concealer for any redness and blemishes, because it covers well without being heavy and without looking cakey, plus it lasts all day! / Ακόμα αγαπώ να χρησιμοποιώ αυτό το προϊόν σαν κονσίλερ για κοκκινίλες και σπυράκια, διότι προσφέρει καλή κάλυψη χωρίς να δείχνει βαρύ και παστωμένο, συν του ότι διαρκεί όλη μέρα!

Lovie Lipsticks in Nr. 54 and Nr. 41 : The first one is a gorgeous fuchsia and the second one is a gorgeous coral-red, I love them because they last on the lips for hours, even if you’re drinking, eating etc. / Το πρώτο είναι ένα υπέροχο φούξια και το δεύτερο ένα υπέροχο κοραλο-κόκκινο, τα αγαπώ διότι κρατάνε στα χείλη για ώρες, ακόμα και αν πίνεις, τρως κτλ.

Real Techniques Domed Shadow Brush : I got this brush at the end of the end, but I have to include it, because it is perfect for applying and blending cream eyeshadow! / Παρέλαβα αυτό το πινέλο στα τέλη του μήνα, αλλά έπρεπε να το συμπεριλάβω στα αγαπημένα Απριλίου, γιατί είναι τέλειο για να απλώνεις και να σβήνεις κρεμώδεις σκιές!

Elf Mineral Foundation in Fair : Still loving this as a setting powder, because it’s really light and finely milled and it doesn’t look cakey. / Ακόμα αγαπώ αυτό το προϊόν σαν πούδρα για να σετάρω το μακιγιάζ μου, γιατί είναι πολύ ελαφρύ και λεπτοκομμένο και δε σε δείχνει παστωμένη.

Elf Studio Cream Blush in Tease : This has been my go to blush, because it’s a natural peachy shade and it goes with everything depending how much you apply it! / Αυτό το ρουζ είναι πασπαρτού, διότι είναι ένα φυσικό ροδακινί χρώμα και ανάλογα με το πόσο θα βάλεις πηγαίνει με όλα τα μακιγιάζ!

Elf Studio Cream Eyeshadow in Dawn : This eyeshadow is amazing, it gives just a hint of color and a little bit of shine to your eyelids making it perfect for everyday! / Αυτή η κρεμώδης σκιά είναι καταπληκτική, αφήνει λίγο χρώμα και λάμψη στα βλέφαρα κάνοντάς τη ιδανική για κάθε μέρα!

Maybelline Fit Me Concealer in 120 : Really nice for the under eye area if you don’t have bad dark circles, it brightens and it doesn’t go into fine lines. / Πολύ καλό κονσίλερ για την περιοχή κάτω απ’τα μάτια αν δεν έχετε μεγάλο πρόβλημα με μαύρους κύκλους, φωτίζει την περιοχή και δεν «κάθεται» στις λεπτές γραμμές.

Real Techniques Buffing Brush : In the month of April I used this brush a lot to apply my Elf cream blush, great combo! / Μέσα στο μήνα Απρίλιο χρησιμοποιήσα πολύ αυτό το πινέλο με το κρεμώδες ρουζ της Elf, πολύ καλός συνδυασμός!

Essence Nail Art Peel Off Base Coat : This works!!! No nail polish remover required, you simply peel it off! You need this, especially if you love shimmery/glittery nail polishes that are so hard to remove. / Όντως λειτουργεί! Δε χρειάζεστε ασετόν ή κάτι τέτοιο, απλά ξεφλουδίζετε αυτό το προϊόν απ΄τα νύχια σας και μαζί βγαίνει και το βερνίκι! Σας το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα, ειδικά αν αγαπάτε βερνίκια με shimmer ή glitter τα οποία αφαιρούνται τόσο δύσκολα.

Essence Colour & Go in Nr. 109 Off to Miami! : Gorgeous color!! So summery! It will look even better when I get more tanned. Love it! / Υπέροχο χρώμα! Πολύ καλοκαιρινό! Θα δείχνει ακόμα καλύτερο όταν μαυρίσω άλλο λίγο. Το αγαπώ!

Essence Nail Art Special Effect! Topper in Nr. 02 Circus Confetti : This product is the perfect way to add some bling to your nail polish. I combined it with Off to Miami! and it looked amazing! / Αυτό το προϊόν είναι ένας καταπληκτικός τρόπος για να προσθέσετε αυτό το κάτι έξτρα στο βερνίκι σας. Το συνδύασα με το Off to Miami! και έδειχνε υπέροχο!

Essence Studio Nails Better Than Gel Nails Top Sealer Fast Dry : Yep, it does dry super fast!! As fast as Seche Vite I would say! Give it a try! / Ναι, όντως στεγνώνει πολύ γρήγορα! Τόσο γρήγορα όσο το Seche Vite θα έλεγα! Δοκιμάστε το!
