Hola chicas! How are you? I can’t believe we’re already in November! I was so busy in October that as far as makeup is concerned what you’ll see in this post is ALL I used all month from start to finish. Let’s check out my October favorites! If I’ve swatched/ reviewed any of the products or used it in a FOTD, I will post the corresponding link to it.

Hola chicas! How are you? August is over and soon the summer will be over, that makes me kinda sad, because I love changes, but I also love the summer and I don’t want it to be over! Can I get more Gemini than that? LOL! Don’t think so! Anyway, I didn’t do a July favorites, because I didn’t write them down and by the time I got back from my vacation I had forgotten many of them, so in this post we basically have July-August favorites. Let’s check them out! If I’ve swatched/reviewed any of the products or used it in a FOTD, I will post the corresponding link to it.

During the past month I started using a couple of new products, but I also re-discovered old favorites, such as the Stila Convertible Color in Peony, which I hadn’t used for months! Let’s take a look at my July favorites, shall we? If I've swatched/reviewed any of the products, I will link the relevant post to each product.

I’ve been loving the La Roche Posay Hydraphase Intense Serum so much this month! I’ve never tried a serum before, as I always thought they were for people with dry skin or something like that, but I was wrong. I’ve also been loving my skin, my acne treatment is going really well and I can finally leave the house without having to put concealer on my pimples, simply because I generally don’t get them anymore and this is lifechanging for me!! Those of you who had acne and got rid of it know what I’m talking about ;) So, which products have you used and enjoyed the most during the month of July? Do we have any in common? Let me know in the comments below! ;)

My nail polishes : Blues and greenish blues

Hi again! :) Here's another part of my nail polish collection and this time it's all about blues and greenish blues. They're so pretty, dark blues are great for winter and turqoise/greenish blues are great for summer. So, let's see what I got :

Barry M Nail Paint Indigo
Barry M Nail Paint Navy
China Glaze Rodeo Fanatic
China Glaze Bermuda Breakaway
Elf Navy
OPI Ski Teal We Drop
China Glaze Towel Boy Toy
China Glaze Flyin' High
Erre Due Exlusive Nail Polish 126

All swatches are with no base coat or top coat and with 2 coats of nail polish each. As you can see all colors are pretty pigmented, but you could definitely add a 3rd coat for more intense results. All nail polishes have a creamy or shimmery texture, except for Towel Boy Toy, which is almost matte as you can see. Do you own any of those nail polishes? Which are your favorite blue and greenish blue nail polishes? I'd love to know, as I'm getting more into blue nail polishes now, especially navy blue! :)

My nail polishes : Reds (BarryM, Elf, China Glaze, Seventeen, Erre Due)

Some of you wanted to see swatches of my nail polishes, so I bought some nail wheels off ebay, I gathered my nail polishes and I started swatching! :) I tried grouping them by color, so we'll start with my red nail polishes. I included Elf's Fire Coral in this post, because it looks kinda reddish. So, shall we start? ;) The swatches are in the same order as the bottles :

Starting from the left :

BarryM Red Glitter Nail Paint
Elf Fire Coral
China Glaze Drastic
Seventeen Super Shine Nail Polish 253
Seventeen Super Shine Nail Polish 223
Seventeen Super Shine Nail Polish 145
Seventeen Super Shine Nail Polish 209
Erre Due Nail Lacquer ?? (it was gift with a magazine)
Erre Due Exclusive Nail polish ?? (it was gift with a magazine)
China Glaze Salsa

All nail polishes are with no base coat or top coat and with 2 coats each, except for the BarryM glittery nail polish, which needed 4 coats (one more is needed I think) and Erre Due Nail Lacquer, which needed 3 coats. Do you own any of those shades? :) What are your favorite red nail polishes? I love red nail polishes, they're so sexy!

September favorites!! :)

Damn I'm late!! But hey... they say "better late than never" ! ;) Wow another month went by! Summer is officially over and although I get bored easily and I love the change of seasons, I kinda miss summer! I love warm, sunny weather and I hate the fact that the daytime is getting smaller and smaller as we head towards the winter! Anyway, enough with the blah blah blah, let's get on to my September favorites! :)

As some of you may already know, I had been sick for over 3 weeks, so I rarely went out, but even when I did I wasn't in the mood to wear any makeup! That's what you get when you're sick, you're coughing all day and you don't sleep well because of that! So, no makeup items for me this month! Btw I've reviewed the first 4 products on my blog, so check them out! ;)

Starting from the left :

  • Herbal Essences Hair Mask for Dry/Damaged Hair : Great hair mask, it moisturizes my hair without weighing it down and it smells great!
  • Noxzema Memories Roll-On Deodorant : It smells great (I love sniffing it lol) and it keeps me feeling nice and fresh all day! ;)
  • Johnson's 24Hour Moisture Radiance Shower Gel : I love it, it smells like candy and it moisturizes my skin!
  • L'Oreal Perfect Clean Foaming Cream for Dry and Sensitive Skin ( +Scrublet ) : I recently bought a backup, do I need to say more? ;)
  • China Glaze Nail Polish in Flyin' High : Such a pretty green-ish / blue-ish color, it looks great even if you're not tanned!
  • No name eyebrow shaper : I've been using this for the past few months to remove those annoying baby hairs!
  • Sephora Glass Nail File : Nail files are much better for the nails than those cheap cardboard files! The only bad thing is that you have to be really careful with them, don't drop them!!! LOL!
  • Fucidin Antibiotic Cream : Marianna from Natural Beauties told me to get this for those awful HUGE pimples that won't make a "head" and they hurt so bad! Well, this cream works!!!

What did you enjoy the most during September? ;)

Yep, another haul !! China Glaze and OPI nail polishes! :)

The last week hasn't been so nice for me, everything went wrong! :/ The good thing is that I got another Ebay haul in the mail yesterday! 8 gorgeous nail polishes, 1 from OPI and 7 from China Glaze! Here's what I got (as always click on pictures for larger view) :

Starting from the left :
  • OPI Ski Teal We Drop
  • China Glaze Tempest
  • China Glaze Bogie
  • China Glaze Salsa
  • China Glaze Drastic
  • China Glaze Rodeo Fanatic
  • China Glaze First Class Ticket
  • China Glaze Midnight Ride

Here's a picture with flash :

The colors are gorgeous, I'm totally in love with them and this is my first OPI nail polish yayyyyy! :) As you know everything is expensive here, so the OPI nail polishes retail for 15Euros and the China Glaze nail polishes retail for 10Euros! I paid for the whole thing $48.52 (including shipping from the USA), which is almost 37Euros, so I paid about 4.70Euros for each nail polish! Cool huh?? Plus it took ONLY 5 days for the parcel to get here, which is amazing considering that I paid for standard shipping, not express or anything! I'm really happy with this seller and of course I'm planning to buy more! Sorry Greek beauty stores, but I'm not going to pay 10 or 15Euros for a damn nail polish! ;)

Got any suggestions for me for fall nail polishes from China Glaze or OPI? Also what do you think of Essie nail polishes? What's the consistency like? :)
